The project was the construction of a two storey steel framed veterinary hospital with state-of-the-art facilities such as an MRI unit and CT scan along with operating theatres and recovering units.
The client required a unique facility where the clients were able to stay at the facility overnight for major operations and recovery.
The clients input was so detailed that unique colour schemes for resin, vinyl and decoration were introduced as the clients taste was a major theme throughout the scheme.
The project has a state-of-the-art MRI unit, CT Scan, two theatres and a hydrotherapy unit for recovery of animals.
The scheme lead to phase 2 which was negotiated and introduced during the construction of the original contract.
The reception has feature ceilings and floating lights as well as bespoke sitting furniture.
Energy saving equipment was installed, such as PV and biomass boilers along with under floor heating to the ground floor.
A sedum roof was included for planning to blend into the existing surrounding rural areas.
